Making Beef Meatball:

At first, you have to make a paste with the carrots. So, boil it in a water pot with water, and when it gets soft, use a spoon to cut it into small pieces. You can use your hand or a spoon or a blender to make the paste from it. Blend it until you get a smooth paste.

With the eggs- we have to mix them in a bowl quite nicely and put them separately. We will use it to give a crisp layer to the meatballs. Be sure you have only egg mixture in the bowl. You do not need to mix anything with these eggs.

Without oil and egg, mix all ingredients in the given amount with beef and carrot paste. Mix all these things very well.

Heat the oil over to a medium temperature. Now, take a little mixture in hand, make a round ball-like shape, and dump it in the egg mixture. Put it out and fry it in the oil until it gets brown. Maybe around 5 to 6 minutes is OK, be careful don’t let it burn. You can add extra black pepper to make it spicy.

When your meatballs are ready, you can serve them with tomato sauce or cucumber.
